KC Providence Show and Shine Car and Bike Show is an annual fundraising event to benefit the Providence Share Fund, which offers financial assistance to employees who require it. This year’s show will take place on Saturday, October 7, and is open to the public; guests are free to attend. There will also be three food trucks at this year’s show: Marcy’s Tacos, Christy’s Tenderloin, and Black Iron Eatery, as well as free parking! The top 10 vehicles will be featured in both magazines and websites, with one being given special recognition if under 25 years old and possessing an exciting or noteworthy story about their vehicle. A “Young Gun” winner will also be honored.

Additionally, it will host a petting zoo, information on Providence’s pain center services such as breast health and wound care, plus information regarding breast and pain cancer services as well as wound care. Specifically, this year, funds raised at this event will benefit Providence Share, which provides financial assistance for workers injured due to job-related injury or illness due to work-related injury or illness on the job site.
