After it was announced last year that the cast of the iconic film franchise ‘The Best Man’ would be reuniting for an upcoming series, fans have been filled with anticipation—and they just a got a new look at the gang back on set. In a video posted to Instagram, the cast of ‘The Best Man’ are seen relaxing on the beach between filming and saying what they are grateful for.
We’re getting closer than ever to the upcoming Peacock limited series about the next chapter of ‘The Best Man,’ as fans recently got a full video of the cast on-set filming ‘The Best Man: The Final Chapters’ that is set to premiere later this year. In recent video, shot by cast member Sanaa Lathan, fans get a glimpse of Regina Hall, Nia Long, Taye Diggs, Harold Perrineau, Melissa DeSousa, Terrence Howard and Nicole Ari Parker, as they all state what they are grateful for in the moment.
As we previously reported, ‘The Best Man’ is officially getting the TV streaming treatment, as a 10-episode limited series has been ordered by the newest entry into the streaming service arena, Peacock. Titled ‘The Best Man: The Final Chapters,’ writer/director Malcolm D. Lee and all of the original cast members will be returning.
The series will catch up with Harper, Robyn, Jordan, Lance, Quentin, Shelby, Candace, and Murch as relationships evolve and past grievances resurface in the unpredictable stages of midlife crisis meets midlife renaissance.
