Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol to reunite for a cameo in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani?

It has been a while since we saw Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol – one of Bollywood’s most iconic pairings, share screen space in a movie. The two were last seen in Dilwale (2015) and since then speculation of them joining hands for an upcoming project has emerged many times. Fans who have been waiting to watch the stars recreate their chemistry from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai or Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge once again might just be in luck. As per new reports, SRK and Kajol might reunite for a special appearance in Karan Johar’s upcoming directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.

Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar is all set to return to the director’s chair once again. This marks his comeback as director after Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which featured Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani has an all-star cast including Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and more. Turns out, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol will be added to the line-up.

Reports from a leading news publication revealed that Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol will have a small role in Karan Johar’s next. A source said, “Shah Rukh and Kajol might make a special appearance in Karan Johar’s directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani that features Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles.” Well, this isn’t something new, Karan Johar who shares a great bond with SRK and Kajol often treats their fans with their special appearances in his directorial. And this time too the filmmaker might leave his fans surprised with their special appearance.

The report also added that it remains to be seen if SRK and Kajol will feature in a scene or a song in the upcoming film. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is slated to arrive in cinemas in February 2023.

Currently, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to star in Pathaan alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. He is also attached to star in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki with Taapsee Pannu. Meanwhile, Kajol will appear in The Last Hurrah directed by Revathi.
