Realme Laptop – A Closer Look

Buying a laptop can be an important decision. There are many things to consider such as port options, display, price, memory options, and more. In this article, we will look at some of these aspects.

Display

Despite its not-so-impressive specs, the display on Realme’s first laptop in India is impressive. It has a pixel density of 2160 x 1440 pixels and supports an sRGB color gamut. It also has a 3:2 aspect ratio, which gives users more room to work on the screen.

The laptop also has a fingerprint reader on the power button, which is a nice touch. The top bezel is wide enough to fit a 720p webcam, while the bottom bezel is thin enough to allow the laptop to rest comfortably on your lap.

Realme has a reputation for flashy design, and the laptop is no exception. It looks like a modern version of an Apple MacBook Air, with the company’s logo at the top and bottom of the lid.

The laptop also has a glossy screen and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It also has a high pixel density, which is great for productivity.

Memory options

Those who want to get a Realme laptop should know that there are two memory options. The first one has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The other has a Core i3 processor and 512GB of storage.

Both variants have a 14.5-inch IPS display. The screen supports a wide viewing angle of 170 degrees. The display is capable of true-spectrum visuals, allowing you to watch movies and games with the highest quality.

The laptop is powered by an Intel Iris Xe graphics card. This card is 50% more powerful than the previous generation Intel UHD Graphics. This means that you will be able to enjoy graphic-heavy content without having to wait for it to load. It also allows you to enjoy a shutter-free visual experience.

The laptop is compatible with DTS Surround Sound, so you can experience crisp audio. It also has a backlit keyboard and two Harman speakers.

Port options

Unlike most Windows laptops, Realme Book doesn’t use a touch screen. Instead, it features a 14-inch IPS display. It’s a high-end display that offers high-quality viewing angles and is well-balanced in terms of pixel density.

It also includes a large touchpad. It acts like a mouse button but isn’t as smooth as other laptops. It also lacks the glass coating and right click, which can make it a little unwieldy. However, it works well.

It also includes a 256GB PCIe SSD. Its GPU performs well enough for competitive games, but it doesn’t mean you’ll have the speed to run graphically heavy games.

It has an IPS display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and 2160 x 1440 resolution. It’s a good screen for a laptop, with good viewing angles, neutral colors, and RGB coverage. However, it doesn’t have the best anti-glare coating.

Design

BBK Electronics has partnered with Realme to produce the first laptop from the brand. The laptop is designed to be compact and lightweight. The slim profile makes the device suitable for use in small spaces. It comes with Windows 10 pre-installed. It also has a fingerprint scanner integrated with the power button.

The Realme Book (Slim) has a 14-inch display. It offers a 2160×1440 resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. The screen also has 100% sRGB coverage.

The laptop has a 3.5 mm headphone and microphone jack. It also has a single USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A port. The port has a lightning bolt logo. It also has a charging indicator between the ports.

The hinge is durable. The laptop has a matte-ish feel to it. It is similar to the design of the Apple MacBook Air. It also uses a wing-shaped design for better cooling.

Price

BBK Group subsidiary Realme has launched a new range of smartphones and laptops, which are now available in India. This includes the new Realme Book (Slim), which is a slim and light laptop that is powered by the latest 11th-gen Intel Core i3 and i5 processors. It comes with a 14-inch screen and a premium design. Moreover, it supports the latest in connectivity technologies like Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports.

Realme Book is a Windows laptop that will be available in a variety of variants. The first one is based on the 11th Gen Intel Core i3 chip, which is priced at P37,990. The second is a more powerful variant with the i5 chip, which costs P47,990.

Realme Book has a 14-inch IPS LCD screen with a 3:2 aspect ratio and a 2160 x 1440 pixel resolution. It also has a Thunderbolt 4 port on the left. The right side of the laptop is occupied by a USB-A port and a combination audio port.
