Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; prize recipients must provide a valid email address and shipping details to collect their prize; prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or items of equivalent value and are dependent upon availability; winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on their prize, if applicable.

Legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia aged eighteen (18). Entries originating in any other jurisdiction will not be eligible. Employees associated with sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, prize supporting, and advertising/promoting this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and spouses regardless of where they reside) or household members of such employees are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
Winners agree by entering that the Sponsor and its designees can use their name, mailing address, social media name/account, likeness, voice/statement/image in all forms of advertising/promotional materials worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, approval, or notification unless prohibited by law. If the winner is under 18 in their state/jurisdiction of residence, they must also obtain parental or legal guardian approval before receiving their prize.
Potential winners must provide the Sponsor with an Affidavit of Eligibility and any additional documentation or information deemed necessary by them within fifteen (15) days from notification; otherwise, their prize will be forfeited and an IRS Form 1099 in their prize value issued as soon as they fulfill this requirement.

If a prize is being mailed directly to a winner, it will be delivered to the address provided upon entry and must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. Prizes cannot be reissued or replaced under any circumstance, and winners must claim them within seventy-two hours after an initial attempt at contact; otherwise, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. They may need a valid photo ID and social security number to claim prizes.
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify and release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotions agencies, and independent administrators (collectively known as “Released Parties”) from any claims, losses, or damages caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or related activities; including injury to person(s) and property damage.
