Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. has pleaded guilty to one count of forcibly touching a woman at a New York City rooftop bar back in 2018.
The guilty plea is three years after he was arrested and accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct.
In exchange for his guilty plea he will receive no jail time and he will also have to attend six months of counseling.
“I apologize for ever making anybody feel inappropriately touched,” Gooding told the courtroom, per the Times.
