As fans await the final episode of Marvel Studios’ Ms. Marvel on Disney+ Hotstar, here are best moments from the series

[ad_1]

Becoming the first Muslim superhero to headline her series, Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan, AKA Ms. Marvel, has already become a hit among fans and South-Asian audiences. While many appreciated the Indian and Pakistani references, others loved the personal heroic portrayal of Kamala. She’s fierce, smart, nerdy, and Jersey City’s number one superhero. The series, which introduces Pakistani-Canadian debutant Iman Vellani, has been directed by Adil El Arbi, Bilall Fallah, Meera Menon , and two-time Academy Award® winner Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy with Bisha K Ali as the head writer. The show is also supported by a diverse and deeply talented supporting cast, including Farhan Akthar, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Saagar Shaikh and Rish Shah.

As fans gather all threads for a thrilling finale episode on Ms. Marvel this Wednesday, exclusively on Dinsey+ Hotstar in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, let’s look back on the best moments from the series.

Bada Hulk Chota Hulk moment

A significant conflict in the first episode of Ms. Marvel concerns Kamala’s relationship with her parents. This applies to her desire to go to Avenger-Con and compete in a Captain Marvel cosplay competition. This is when her parents decide to entertain her hobby for a brief moment. Kamala’s mother allows her to go to Avenger-Con under the condition she brings her father and that both of them wear the salwar-kameez hulk costume.

Aamir’s big-fat wedding celebration

The festivities that unfolded at Aamir’s (Kamala’s brother) wedding with Tyesha felt like a Bollywood movie. From the lighting to the garb and the dance sequences, it all came down to the genuine vibe and attention to detail. Fans were treated to Kamala, Nakia, her parents and all their relatives dancing to Hindi songs, with even Bruno getting in on the choreography.

Kamala’s Pakistan visit

Kamala goes to where her family came from to find out who she is. She visits her extended family in Pakistan, especially her super-cute grandparent – her Nani. The warmth and love her family shows her is just what she needs.

Farhan Akhtar as Red Dagger

Bollywood Star Farhan Akhtar’s appearance in episode four of Ms. Marvel impacted the audience. Essaying the role of Waleed, the leader of the ancient order known as the Red Daggers, Indian Marvel fans have highly appreciated Farhan Akhtar’s performance. Waleed, who acts as a mentor to Kamala Khan when she lands in Karachi to meet her maternal grandmother, helps answer and uncover the mystery behind her superpowers and her true identity.

Fawad Khan’s grand entry

Fawad Khan played an all-out character in episode five of Ms Marvel. And much to the happiness of India and Pakistani fans, the heartthrob left quite an impression. As Hasan, Fawad Khan shows his range, featuring in romantic scenes with Aisha and in dramatic ones in his role as a freedom fighter.
