Arjun Kapoor is grateful for the praises about his physical transformation in Ek Villain Returns

Arjun Kapoor is one actor who has consistently been judged for his weight issues by trolls on social media. He’s been adhering to a diet and a workout regime for a long time now and Ek Villain Returns is proof that it has indeed bore fruit.

The trailer of the film was recently launched and Arjun got a shoutout from his industry friends on what a remarkable makeover it is. Kartik Aaryan,Kriti Sanon, Parineeti Chopra,Katrina Kaif along with family members – Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Anil Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor only had words of appreciation for Arjun’s dedication to get fit.

On receiving so much love and support for the same, Arjun commented,
“It is really heartening to see so many people from the industry come out to support me. It is hugely motivating because they have all seen what I have been through and the amount of hard work I had to put in to reach where I have reached today.”

Furthermore he added, “I’m still a work in progress and I feel blessed to be a part of the industry that has held my hands when the going was tough emotionally. Our industry is like a family and it is hugely validating for me to see the outpouring of love for my transformation in the Ek Villain 2 trailer. I wish to keep doing good work so that the industry keeps feeling proud of me.”

Apart from Ek Villain Returns, Arjun also has Kuttey and The Ladykiller in the pipeline.
