All you need to know about the drug case charges Rhea Chakraborty is facing involving Sushant Singh

Long after getting released from the charges involving Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise, Rhea Kapoor has again gotten embroiled with new statements being made. She was charged today for being involved in purchasing and selling drugs for actor-boyfriend – Late Sushant Singh Rajput.

A charge sheet has been released by NCB that mentions her name, along with 34 others who have been accused of dealing with drugs like marijuana. Her brother Showik Chakraborty is also involved in the same case. It has been stated that she did this illegal dealing of drugs and paid for it too at the instance of the late actor. Rhea is most likely to be jailed for 10 years if she is found to be guilty.

Rhea was arrested in September 2020 for the same on the death of Sushant. She was granted bail by the Bombay High Court a month after that. NCB had indeed pulled up their socks and dug deep into probing a drug racket in the film and television industry post Sushant’s alleged suicide on June 14, 2020.
