Rihanna’s 33-year-old babys father A$AP Rock,, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, was arrested as he came off of a private airplane from Barbados where he had been staying with his pregnant girlfriend Rihanna, Media Take Out confirmed.

According to NBC News, A$AP was arrested “in connection to a November 2021 shooting.”
According to the report, he was reportedly under investigation for a shooting that took place on Vista Del Mar and Selma last year.

The victim of the shooting survived and according to a police report, claimed that A$AP and two others approached him on the street and “shot at him three to four times and believed one of the bullets grazed his left hand.”
The arrest was made by the LAPD, who received help at the airport from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations team
California has the strongest gun laws in the nation. If convicted for shooting a man, A$AP faces up to 20 years in prison.
