Blake Lively makes heads turn at the Met Gala 2022 and has a Lady Gaga costume reveal moment

Met Gala co-chair Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are one of the most well-dressed couples at the Met Gala. Fashion’s biggest and most celebrated night sees countless personalities putting their best fashion foot forward as they make starry appearances on the red carpet, dressed in finery.

Blake Lively is always known to impress fashion critics with her impeccable wardrobe picks. She has always stood apart with her eclectic choices at the Met. This year too her choice depicted the theme of ‘Gilded Glamour’, and she even had a Lady Gaga moment all for herself as she transformed her stunning gown while climbing the iconic steps of the Met. Her gown further featured a sweetheart neckline with a plunging silhouette, studded with multi-coloured embellishments and further embroidery all across the bodice of this sculpting silhouette. The eye-catching element was the giant bronze-coloured bow around the waistline and the long train towards the hemline. Her epic Lady Gaga moment came while ascending the stairs of the Met where her gown transformed into a skirt-like opening in an aqua-blue and rose-gold shade.

People around her along with Ryan were equally stunned to see the reveal. Keeping it classic, she had opted for opera gloves in the shade of rose gold which also had a change in the hue once the skirt was revealed. Matching shoes to go with it, a princess tiara, and complementing rose-gold and aqua blue earrings were the perfect finishing touches.

Blake Lively’s princess Esque dress by Atelier Versace was a complete show-stealer. This gown transformed into another flatter train to the dress which was done by her assistants. Her husband and actor, the very dapper Ryan Reynolds looked sharp in a dark-hued velvet tuxedo.
